Xbox 360 Elite w/ 120GB HDD, 2 games and 2 controllers in Flatrock, Newfoundland

I'm looking to sell my recently purchased Xbox 360 Elite (Black) due to lack of interest in the system.
Console is in excellent condition, no issues reading disks and no issues with overheating. The system has rarely been used (I'm sure it's been on less than 40 hours since I've purchased it) and comes with the original cables.
I'm including a copy of Battlefield 3 (has been already activated for online play, but account details can be provided) and Gears of War 3, both purchased shortly after release date with no serious scratches. As well as this, two original controllers, one wired and one wireless, both white.
